Our swim sessions offer a structured, progressive approach to improving your swimming. By helping you improve your technique you will become more efficient, effective and confident in the water. Complimenting the technique work with specific training sets, we will help you improve your swim fitness and provide the base for you to swim faster.
The sessions focus on technique with part of each session dedicated to stroke improvement followed by specific training sets.
Sessions are run on a pay as you go basis.
If you wish to improve your front crawl swim technique without making a commitment to any long term memberships these sessions could be for you.
We run two Swim Squad sessions each week. Each session is an hour long, the Saturday afternoon session commences at 16:00 and the Monday evening session at 20:00.
